"We have some complex alarm needs for our home. Did not scare Greg one bit. He was confident he could meet our needs, checked with his installer, pre-tested the necessary options, scheduled the installation quickly (Over 50 sensors and devices).
Pat showed up on the installation day, on time, loaded with courtesy (and as we found out throughout the installation, plenty of expertise), and went to work installing the system. Our complex data firewall did not bother him and he worked with us to accommodate his devices. My family hardly noticed his presence while he systematically worked his way through the house. "I had been stood up 2 times in the same day by a different company. I really needed a security system put in place and I was worried about when I could get it. "I needed to install a 16 camera security system at our 18 unit, 3 story condominium complex. I had bid the project out to 8 installers. After a long vendor review process, I ended up selecting to work with Greg at Smart Home Security Control.
It was a great decision on my part! Initially, it took me and the rest of the HOA Board many months to review, make design decisions, iterations, hold our discussions and approve funding for the project. During this time, some vendors got impatient and naggy; some stopped replying as I reached out letting them know the project delays. Greg on the other hand, would check in with me every month or so, and never used any pressure. He was very professional and remained willing and interested in the project while we got our issues resolved on the HOA's end.
His quote was also very thorough and competitive (it wasn't the lowest I received, but it was very reasonable given some other numbers thrown at me), and I really liked the equipment options and specs he communicated to me.
When it came time to install, his installers led by Carl were top notch! Punctual, honest, great communicators, and excellent craftsmen. They had to work for a number of days to cover the vast spans of the condo complex - running and installing conduits, and taping existing unused infrastructure, as well as routing and hiding wires within and through walls. Every day they left the area tidy, and checked in with me which was great.
After project completion, I had a tutorial from Carl of the system capabilities and a fully set up and functioning camera system (16 channel, 4K, NVR/DVR, with continuous loop recording, and wifi enabled smart phone app for quick viewing/recording) The system looks and operates at my high expectations, and I'm really thrilled with the experience I had.

"We recently moved to a new warehouse, and the landlord suggested to install an alarm system with cameras. I contacted Greg from Smart Home Security & Control and they did an amazing job installing the alarm system with a couple of high definition security cameras. We have video surveillance in the warehouse area and the front reception of the building.
The system works great with a touchscreen control pad and the app on my phone. I can arm or disarm the alarm from my home and I can see what is happening in real time with the live view on my cell phone. Greg and his team did an incredible job, I highly recommend them!"

"I have two very large flat screen TV's and sound bars I have been wanting to place on articulating mounts and have the soundbar mounted under the TV since last year. I reached out a few weeks ago to several companies for quotes and answers to my questions. In short, I was looking for a high quality company with a track record of professional installation that could do exactly what I want end-to-end. I did not want to shop for mounts or cables, etc.
Through Yelp Greg answered every question I had. He was patient and very helpful. There were times I thought I was probably annoying because I was asking so many detailed questions. Mind you, I did reach out to other organizations on Yelp with the same questions and I either got partial replies or one question answered than radio silence. Through Smart Home Security Control I had an outstanding experience. Timely, within budget, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and communicative. That was just the pre-sales portion.
Then the installer shows up and that is where it all went to the next level. It is all about execution. The installer, Carl, was awesome. Calling, texting me on his ETA, taking all the time he needed to do the job right, asking for placement thoughts, working with me on the wiring setup, cleaning up every particle of dust in the areas, etc. I was thoroughly impressed and very appreciative of the experience. If I knew then this was going to be the experience and outcome I would have moved forward with Smart Home Security Control last year on this project."

“Needed to upgrade my security system. After having three local companies come out to assess my needs, I decided to contact ADT to complete my due diligence. I had received the weekly fliers advertising $99 installation and a basic system.
Knowing well that you "get nothing for nothing" I asked for a comparable quote over the phone based on my three local quotes. Greg listened to my needs, suggested a couple of additions including a cellular phone call option and still came in at half the price of the competition. The final price was much more than the $99 advertisement, but I wanted a better system.
The next part is the service which starts with the installation. Carl Henderson was the contractor who came out to install the system. Carl made a suggestion that we did not need one of the heat sensors originally quoted. He found a short in one of the lines and re ran wiring . Extremely efficient, easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable.
Overall was very impressed with the pricing, installation and service from start to finish.”
